Are
all designs original?
I am learning and trying very hard to be completely
original. Inspiration comes in many forms. Each design I create myself
and
they each
have their own template. It is my goal for every
customer to be 100% happy and excited about their
particular stationery order, and I will work until that
goal is reached. Every design can be altered, elements
can be added or taken away, and suggestions/details are
always helpful!
I
don't have PayPal, can I pay for my order a different way?
Yes. I accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER through my web store
Tiger Angel Gifts. If you would like to order from Belly Tickles,
but do not have PayPal to do so through this site, send me an email
for the items you wish to purchase, and I will set up a listing just
for you. The majority of my items are loaded for purchase in my site
www.tigerangelgifts.com, but for
those that are not yet added, I will need you to contact me for your
to order.
How do
I send you my photos?
Upon placing your order, you will need to submit an email to
janel@tigerangelgifts.com with "BT Proof
Photos" as the subject
header. Send your photos as attachments. Please continue to read
below for format directions.
How
many photos can I send?
I know it can be hard to choose favorite photos when it comes to the
people you love. So, you can use as many photos as you'd like (&
that will fit!). If you would like for me to showcase one photo
larger than the others, just let me know! I am your hired designer-
I have created templates, but they are meant to be changed according
to your likes and dislikes.
What
kind of format should I send my photos?
Before taking your photos, if you use a digital camera, be sure it
is set on the highest resolution possible. I prefer 300dpi
resolution .jpg photos with no compression. The bigger your photos are, the better! Clear, crisp photos are a
designer's dream, as they produce the best greeting card! Do not
edit, crop, or alter your images in any way, I will do that for you!
Let me know if you have any specific thing (or person) that you'd
like cropped or edited out. I will also fix lighting issues,
etc...should I see the need. Let me know if you have any requests
for photo corrections. I always let each customer know if problems
with photo resolution.
Can
I use professional, copyrighted images?
Yes. However, I will need a signed release from the photographer or photo
holder, acknowledging approval and your intent on photo use. If you
choose not to include this, I will assume the photos submitted were
taken by you or a family member/friend. Therefore you agree to take
full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and I will
not be held liable or responsible for the misuse of any said
copyrighted images. NOTE: You can create high quality
photographic images yourself, in your own home! Look online for
ideas and try it out!
What
type of paper is used?
Photo cards are
printed on Kodak Professional Paper and these cards have the look
and feel of a regular photograph.
Press printed products are printed in a variety of textures, and the
ones offered from me are semi-gloss (a slight sheen), glossy (UV
coated), and linen-cardstock (has a nice, high quality texture to it
that makes it feel very professional and elegant). Press printed
products can be printed on the front and the back, and they have
more weight to them than the photo cards.
How
long before I receive my greeting cards?
I take pride in every order, and upon receiving your photos, generally, I will create a
.JPG
proof for your approval within 24-48 hours. Once you receive the
proof, you must then review it for any errors, and send an email
back with your approval. The order will not go to press until you
approve your greeting. This is a step I take, to avoid misspellings,
and other information errors. It also ensures that you receive that
special, perfect greeting you desire. After you approve your
greeting, it will be sent to press, and you will receive it within
4-5 business days after design approval.
What
forms of payment do you accept?
I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Pay Pal.

Can
I cancel my order?
Yes. Your order will not be sent to
press until you approve the design. Please allow me the chance to re-work your
greeting card, should you dislike the first proof. If you are still
dissatisfied, I will give you a full refund. Once you approve your
proof, your order will be sent to press, and no refund will be
available. So, please ensure there are no errors and you are
completely satisfied before moving forward with your order.
